Contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Bank cards (VISA, Mastercard) via BOG/TBC payment processors, or direct bank transfer.

Q: How long does shipping take?

10–18 business days from order confirmation, depending on item. Lead time is shown on each product page.

Q: Do you ship outside Tbilisi?

Currently we deliver to Tbilisi. Nationwide shipping is being planned.

We source directly from verified suppliers and deliver to Georgia with a transparent, structured process designed for quality and convenience.

Place Your Order

Select your item and complete checkout. A flat GEL 40 shipping fee applies to all orders.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.

Processing & Quality Check

Once your order is confirmed, we source the item through our verified supplier network. The product is prepared for dispatch according to our quality standards.

Shipping to Georgia

Once the item is ready, it ships directly to Georgia. We deliver to your doorstep in premium CATWALK branded packaging.
