Where our pieces come from, and how returns work

Every piece on catwalk.ge is new and is ordered from an established European store when you buy it. We do not sell pre-owned pieces, and we do not buy from private sellers.

Before it ships

You can cancel free of charge at any time until the courier has your order, with one tap in My Orders. The refund reaches you within 14 working days.

After delivery: 14 days

• You have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason: write to us with your order number.
• The piece comes back unworn and undamaged, with its tags and original packaging.
• Swimwear, underwear and bodysuits sold sealed cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the hygiene protector is damaged or removed, unless the piece is faulty.
• We review your request within 5 working days. Once we confirm it, you send the piece back within 7 days, and we refund within 14 working days, the delivery charge included.

If a piece has a defect

A piece with a defect it had before it reached you is replaced with an identical one, or refunded in full if that is not possible. This has no 14-day limit: write to us at any time, with photos of the defect.
