These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CATWALK (catwalk.ge) and any purchases made through our platform. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Pre-Order Model

CATWALK operates on a pre-order model. When you place an order, you pay the full amount upfront. Prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include sourcing and quality verification.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every product sold on CATWALK is sourced exclusively through verified channels and is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Each item passes our quality and authentication review before being released for shipment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that the product you are purchasing is represented as 100% authentic, and you accept this guarantee as a condition of sale. If at any point an item is found to be inauthentic, we will issue a full refund.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation via WhatsApp and email. Our team will contact you within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00–20:00) to confirm your order details.

Video Verification

Video Verification is an optional add-on service (GEL 28). When selected, your item is inspected by our verification team before shipping. Photo and video materials are sent to your WhatsApp for approval. Shipping proceeds only after your confirmation.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before the item ships to Georgia. Your payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of CATWALK and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CATWALK acts as a sourcing intermediary. While we verify product quality through our supply chain, we are not the manufacturer. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We guarantee the quality of all products sold.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi.
