Shipping Information

Delivery Area

We deliver anywhere in Georgia — Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi and every other city — with the same courier and the same 21 days. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery Timeline

Your piece arrives within 21 days of your order. We order it from the boutique after payment, it ships to Tbilisi, and the courier calls you before delivery. If anything changes, we message you with a new date.

Shipping Cost

Delivery is GEL 40 per order in Tbilisi and GEL 46 elsewhere in Georgia, however many pieces you order. It is shown as its own line in your bag and again at checkout before you pay. All import duties and taxes are already included in the product price — the total shown at checkout is the final amount, with no further fees.

How the Courier Delivers

The courier calls you ahead and brings the parcel to your building entrance, not to the door, within 1–2 business days of your piece arriving in Tbilisi. There is no pickup point.

Order Tracking

You can track your order status at any time through your account on our website. You also receive a message at each stage: Paid → Shipping to Georgia → Shipped to Georgia → Out for delivery → Delivered.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged in premium CATWALK branded packaging to ensure safe delivery. Items are wrapped in protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Missed Delivery

If you miss a delivery attempt, our courier will call you to reschedule. Items are held for up to 7 days before being returned to our facility.
