Delivery Area

We currently deliver to Tbilisi, Georgia. Nationwide shipping to other cities in Georgia is being planned. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery takes 10–18 business days from order confirmation, depending on the item. The estimated lead time is displayed on each product page. Orders with Video Verification may take 2–3 additional days for the inspection process.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is included in the product price for all orders delivered to Tbilisi. All duties and taxes are also included. The total price shown at checkout is the final amount, with no hidden fees.

Delivery Options

Home Delivery: we deliver directly to your door in premium CATWALK branded packaging. Post Office Pickup: collect your order from the designated postal location. Your preferred delivery method is selected during checkout.

Order Tracking

You can track your order status at any time through your account on our website. We also send status updates via WhatsApp at each stage: Reserved → Sourcing → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged in premium CATWALK branded packaging to ensure safe delivery. Items are wrapped in protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Missed Delivery

If you miss a delivery attempt, our courier will contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule. Items are held for up to 7 days before being returned to our facility.
